Bingham University has achieved a significant milestone. The National Universities Commission (NUC) granted approval for all 24 programmes presented during the recent resource verification exercise.
This approval includes six undergraduate and 18 postgraduate programmes, further strengthening the university’s academic offerings. The verification exercise was conducted between November and December 2024.
New Programmes for the 2024/2025 Academic Session
The approved programmes will commence student admissions in the 2024/2025 academic session, bringing the university’s total to:
- 46 undergraduate programmes
- 58 postgraduate programmes

Details of NUC Approval
The approval was conveyed in a letter signed by Abubakar M. Gire, the Acting Director of Academic Planning for Programme Accreditation, and addressed to the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Haruna Kuje Ayuba.
