NSUK Releases 2023/2024 Post-UTME/DE Forms; We hereby inform the general public that registration for the 2023/2024 Post-UTME screening is open. The schedule for the screening is as follows:

UPDATE

The management of Nasarawa State University, Keffi, has announced an additional extension of the Post UTME Screening Exercise. The initial deadline, which was set for the 14th of October 2023, has been further extended. This extension was communicated through a circular signed by the Deputy Registrar of Academics, Barrister Ramatu Liman.

The Post UTME Screening Exercise will now continue for an additional two (2) weeks, commencing from the 16th of October 2023, and concluding on the 25th of October 2023.

GAIN ADMISSION INTO ANY NIGERIAN UNIVERSITY WITHOUT JAMB – REGISTER FOR IJMB TODAY

  • FACULTY OF ENGINEERING AND COLLEGE OF MEDICINE AND HEALTH SCIENCES: August 8th to 18th, 2023.
  • Other FACULTIES: August 8th to September 30th, 2023.

NSUK Releases 2023/2024 Post-UTME/DE Forms

All candidates are required to register for the Post-UTME screening through the University’s official portal: https://ug.nsuk.edu.ng/application

Eligibility Criteria:

To participate in the screening exercise, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  1. Have taken part in the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) or applied through Direct Entry (DE) mode.
  2. Scored a minimum of 160 marks in the 2023 UTME and possess a minimum of Lower Credit in National Diploma (ND), Nasarawa State University Diploma, Merit in Nigeria Certificate of Education (NCE), or attained Eight (9) Points in IJMB for Direct Entry.
  3. Hold at least five “O” level credit passes, including English and Mathematics, in relevant subjects, obtained in not more than two (2) sittings.
  4. Must have chosen Nasarawa State University as their First Choice in the 2023 UTME. If not, candidates are required to change to First Choice on the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Portal to qualify for the screening.

Application Procedure:

  1. Pay the processing fee of N2,000.00 (Two thousand Naira only) following these steps:
    i. Visit the Nasarawa State University 2023 Post-UTME Screening Portal: http://www.ug.nsuk.edu.ng/application
    ii. Create an account/profile.
    iii. Fill out the required forms.
    iv. Log in with your account details.
    v. Choose a payment option.
    vi. Provide personal and contact details.
    vii. Upload a passport photograph.
    viii. For DE applicants, upload A’level qualification.
    ix. Provide SSCE details for both UTME/DE.
    x. Fill in the purchased scratch card details.
    xi. Complete the application.
  2. After completing the application, print the following:
    a) Application Summary.
    b) Download payment invoice.

Important Notes:

  • The O’Level results provided during this process will be verified during registration.
  • Candidates must also upload their “O” Level/”A” Level results to their JAMB profile at an accredited CBT centre.
  • Candidates must monitor their JAMB profile for admission status within four (4) weeks. Failure to accept offered admission within this period will result in deletion of the admission offer.

Kindly note that participation in the POST-UTME Screening is MANDATORY. Failure to participate will render a candidate ineligible for admission.
