Programmes Available at Nigerian College of Accountancy
The Nigerian College of Accountancy is currently accepting applications into three study pathways designed to accommodate applicants with different academic backgrounds and career needs.
Full-Time Programme
The Full-Time Programme is designed for graduates who wish to pursue professional accountancy training through a regular and intensive academic schedule.
This programme provides a structured pathway for graduates seeking immediate progression in their accounting careers.
Mature/Part-Time Programme
The Mature/Part-Time Programme is intended for working professionals and mature applicants who require a more flexible learning schedule.

Conversion Programme
The Conversion Programme is specifically designed for graduates from non-accounting disciplines who wish to transition into the accounting profession.
It is open to graduates in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Banking and Finance, as well as other related disciplines.
Eligibility Requirements for NCA Admission
Applicants are required to satisfy the admission requirements for their preferred programme.
Requirements for the Full-Time and Mature/Part-Time Programmes
Candidates applying for either the Full-Time or Mature/Part-Time Programme must possess any of the following qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Accounting from any National Universities Commission (NUC)-accredited Nigerian university.
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Accounting from an approved overseas university.
- Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy from a National Board for Technical Education (NBTE)-accredited polytechnic.
- Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy obtained from a recognised foreign institution.
These requirements apply equally to both the Full-Time and Mature/Part-Time study options.
Requirements for the Conversion Programme
Applicants seeking admission into the Conversion Programme must possess either a B.Sc. degree or HND in any of the following fields:
- Business Administration
- Management
- Economics
- Banking and Finance
- Other allied disciplines
The Conversion Programme is intended for graduates whose academic background is closely related to accounting but whose primary qualification is not in Accounting.
NCA Application Form Fee
The application form for admission into the Nigerian College of Accountancy for the 2026/2027 academic session costs ₦30,000 only.
