Nigeria Police Academy (POLAC) admission form for the 11th Regular Course 2024/2025. The Nigeria Police Academy (POLAC) invites applications for its 11th Regular Course Degree Programmes. This opportunity is open to male and female Nigerians of good character who are interested in pursuing both academic studies and police training.
The online application portal is open for six weeks, from 14th October 2024 to 25th November 2024.
Nigeria Police Academy (POLAC) Admission Form Overview
The POLAC admission form is now available for candidates meeting the specified criteria. Successful candidates will undergo a combined academic and police training program, leading to a Bachelor’s Degree and commissioning into the Nigeria Police Force as Assistant Superintendents of Police (ASP II).

Admission Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be eligible for admission:
- Nationality: Must be of Nigerian origin by birth.
- JAMB Requirements:
- Have a valid National Identity Number (NIN).
- Must have participated in the 2024 JAMB UTME, with a minimum score of 180.
- Select Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil as their first choice in JAMB.
- O’Level Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of six credits in WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or equivalent, including English and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.
- SSCE results or certificates obtained before 2021 are not accepted.
- Age: Must be aged between 17 and 21 years by 31st October 2024.
- Physical Fitness:
- Must be medically, physically, and psychologically fit.
- Male applicants: Minimum height of 1.67m and an expanded chest measurement of 86cm (34 inches).
- Female applicants: Minimum height of 1.64m.
- Marital Status: Applicants must not be married or pregnant at the time of admission.
- Contact Information: Must have a valid email address and phone number.
- Character Evidence: Provide evidence of good character from a village/district head.
Method of Application
- Generate RRR:
- Visit the Nigeria Police Academy Admission Portal.
- Generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) code.
- Application Fee:
- Pay a non-refundable fee of ₦5,500, which includes ₦2,000 for the Post UTME examination.
- Payment can be made at any commercial bank or online.
- Complete the Form:
- Fill out the online application form.
- Upload scanned copies of the following:
- SSCE results,
- Birth Certificate, and
- Certificate of Origin.
- Submission:
- Print and submit the completed application form and guarantor form at the Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil.
Aptitude Test
All applicants will undergo a Computer-Based Aptitude Test at the Nigeria Police Academy ICT Centre. The exact date will be communicated later.
Automated Physical Screening Exercise
Applicants who pass the CBT will be invited for a physical screening exercise. During the screening, applicants must present original copies of the following:
- Educational qualifications
- Birth certificates or declaration of age
- Medical fitness certificate from a government-recognized hospital
- Evidence of good character from a village/district head
- Indigene certificate signed by the Local Government Chairman/Secretary
- Guarantor form signed by a:
- Public servant not below Grade Level 13 (GL13),
- Police officer not below the rank of CSP, or
- Officer of equivalent rank in the armed forces or other paramilitary services.
Automated Medical Screening and Interview
Successful candidates from the physical screening will proceed to:
- Automated Medical Screening: Conducted at the academy.
- Interview and Selection: An automated interview process to finalize selection.
Notification and Training
Successful candidates will receive notifications via email and SMS. Training will commence at a date to be announced.
