National Orthopedic Hospital Igbobi Lagos – Admission Form for 2025/2026; Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the following full-time programmes at the College of Nursing Sciences (CONS) and the Federal College of Orthopaedic Technology (FECOT):

- ND–HND in Nursing Sciences (4 years, non-terminal programme)
- ND in Orthopaedic Cast Technology (OCT) – 2 years
- ND in Prosthetics and Orthotics Technology (POT) – 2 years
- HND in Orthopaedic Cast Technology (OCT) – 2 years
- HND in Prosthetics and Orthotics Technology (POT) – 2 years
- B.Tech Degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics (5 years, in affiliation with Federal University of Technology, Owerri)
Admission Requirements
(i) A minimum of five (5) O’Level credit passes in WASSCE, NECO, GCE or NABTEB, including:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology
in not more than two sittings.
(ii) Minimum UTME scores:
- FECOT Diploma (OCT & POT) – 180
- CONS Programme – 190
- B.Tech Degree Programme – 200
(iii) For FECOT HND (OCT & POT) programmes:
- National Diploma with a minimum of Lower Credit in the relevant programme (OCT/POT)
- Evidence of one-year Industrial Attachment
Other Requirements
- Candidates must be at least 16 years old
- Birth certificate or sworn affidavit of date of birth
- JAMB UTME printout and result slip
- One recent passport photograph with white background
Method of Application
- Interested applicants should pay a non-refundable registration fee of ₦20,000.
- Submit a printout of the application form along with the required attachments to the respective school on or before 15th September, 2025.
