Admission Requirements for MTU Postgraduate Programmes

Candidates applying for the Postgraduate Diploma programme must possess either:

- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from a recognised tertiary institution.
Master’s Degree Programmes
Applicants seeking admission into M.A., M.Sc., or MBA programmes must have at least a Second Class Lower degree in a relevant field from Mountain Top University or any other recognised university.
M.Phil. and Ph.D. Programmes
Applicants for M.Phil. and Ph.D. programmes must possess relevant bachelor’s and master’s degrees.
For direct Ph.D. admission, candidates must have a minimum CGPA of 3.50 on a 5.00 scale.
Applicants seeking admission into the M.Phil. programme must have a CGPA between 3.00 and 3.49.
