Entry Requirements
- Age: Must be at least 16 years old.
- Education: Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE, NECO, NABTEB, or GCE) with a minimum of five credits in English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Exams can be taken in no more than two sittings.
- Documents:
- Birth Certificate (Baptism cards not accepted)
- Testimonial from the last school attended
- Letter from Parish Priest or Pastor, or a Baptism Certificate
- Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
- Original and photocopies of all required documents
- Three recent passport photographs
- Valid ID (NIN, PVC, Driver’s Licence, or International Passport)
- Post Basic Nursing candidates must provide Registered Midwife (RM) Certificate and License
How to Apply
- Form Availability: Forms will be available for purchase starting September 10, 2024.
- Purchase Location: Forms can be bought at the College.
- Application Fee: ₦20,250, payable to First Bank, Account Number 3016944553, Account Name: School of Nursing, Mater Misericordiae Hospital, Afikpo.
- Submission: Bring proof of payment to the school to collect the entrance form. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Submit completed forms by October 22, 2024.
