Sales of admission forms began on Monday, March 24, 2025, and are still ongoing. Interested candidates can walk into the college’s admission office to purchase and complete their forms—no online forms, no complicated process.

Candidates can apply for any of the following health-related diploma and certificate programmes:
- Pharmacy Technician
- Medical Laboratory Technician
- Medical Imaging / X-ray Technician
- Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW)
- Public Health Technology
- Environmental Health Technology
- Health Information Management Technician
Entry Requirements
To be eligible for admission, applicants must have:
- At least five (5) credit passes in O’Level subjects (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB)
- Compulsory subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
- Results must be obtained in not more than two sittings
How to Apply
- Visit the Admission Office at LCHST, Keffi
- Pay a non-refundable application fee of ₦6,000
- Collect the admission form, fill it correctly
- Return the completed form to the same office
