Who Can Apply for the 2025/2026 Fellowship?

You are eligible to apply if you meet all the following criteria:
- A Nigerian citizen aged 25 to 35
- Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree or HND
- Have completed NYSC or possess a valid exemption certificate
- Have a minimum of two years work experience (public or private sector)
Whether you’re in civil service or the private sector, this programme is for individuals with initiative, purpose, and a desire to lead through service.

- Academic certificate(s)
- NYSC or exemption certificate
- Updated CV
- Valid means of identification (National ID, Passport, or Voter’s Card)
- Referee details:
- For public sector applicants: Your MDA’s Accounting Officer and Head of Department
- For private sector applicants: One academic referee and one professional referee

Application Process – Step by Step
Here’s how the selection journey unfolds:

Submit your application through the official application portal for LJLA Fellowship - Computer-Based Test (CBT)
Candidates who meet basic criteria will be invited to write a CBT designed to test reasoning, knowledge, and situational judgment. - Leadership Evaluation Hub

Finalists must submit a 3-minute video explaining why they should be chosen as LJLA Fellows.
