LASUSTECH Pre-Degree Admission Form for 2025/2026 Academic Session; Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Pre-Degree Programme in Arts, Engineering, Science, and Social Sciences at the Lagos State University of Science and Technology (LASUSTECH) for the 2025/2026 academic session.
Programme Overview
The LASUSTECH Pre-Degree Programme is a rigorous academic scheme designed to prepare candidates for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) with the ultimate goal of securing admission into the 100-Level Degree Programme of the university.
Eligibility Criteria
- O’Level Requirement: Candidates must possess a minimum of five (5) credits at one or two sittings, including English Language. Specific subject combinations apply depending on the intended course of study (Science, Social Sciences, or Arts). Candidates awaiting results may also apply.
- Credit Deficiency Option: Candidates with at least three (3) credits in relevant subjects may apply, but must register and pass WAEC/NECO before completing the programme.
Admission into 100-Level
At the end of the programme, candidates must:
- Sit for the 2026 UTME.
- Obtain the Minimum Tolerable Score (MTS) prescribed by LASUSTECH.
- Meet all other admission requirements of the university.
Duration of Programme
The LASUSTECH Pre-Degree Programme runs for eight (8) months, structured into two semesters.
