LASU Pre-Degree Studies Admission Form 2025/2026

LASU Pre-Degree Studies Admission Form 2025/2026; Lagos State University (LASU) invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its Pre-Degree Studies (PDS) Programme for the 2025/2026 academic session. The programme will commence in October 2025 and run for one academic session, ending in September 2026.

The LASU Pre-Degree Programme is an intensive course designed for candidates with deficiencies in their O’Level results. It prepares them to re-sit the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE) and equips them for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) for entry into 100 Level degree programmes.

The programme is located at the Epe Campus of Lagos State University, and all admitted students are required to reside in the school hostels for the duration of the programme.

Why Choose LASU Pre-Degree Studies?

Candidates who rely solely on the general JAMB admission process often struggle to secure admission. However, LASU PDS candidates who pass their UTME have the advantage of gaining admission through a dedicated PDS quota.

Performance Record

Despite the low national performance in the 2025 UTME, LASU PDS students excelled:

  • 89% scored 200 and above.
  • Several candidates scored above 300.

This success is credited to the rigorous teaching approach and regular CBT practice provided by the programme.
