LASU Post-UTME/Direct Entry Screening Form 2025/2026 Now Available. Lagos State University (LASU), Ojo, has opened its Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) screening portal for the 2025/2026 academic session. All candidates seeking admission into LASU’s undergraduate programmes—whether through UTME or Direct Entry—must complete this mandatory online screening.
Deadline for application: Friday, 26 July 2025 (midnight)
Who Is Eligible?
You can apply if:
- You selected LASU as your first-choice institution in the 2025 UTME
- You scored 195 or above in the UTME
- You are at least 16 years old by 1 October 2025
Also eligible:
- Pre-Degree candidates of LASU who meet the above criteria
- Direct Entry applicants holding a LASU Diploma or NCE (Note: Direct Entry is only valid for education-related courses)
- Lagos State indigenes who have completed screening by the Independent Indigeneship Verification Committee (IIVC)

How to Apply for LASU Post-UTME/DE Screening
Step 1: Payment and Login
- Visit the LASU admissions portal: admissions.lasu.edu.ng
- Click on UTME/DE Screening
- Log in with your UTME registration number and surname
- Click “Make Payment” and complete the screening fee payment
- Return to your dashboard to continue
Step 2: Self-Screening
- Fill in your personal and academic details
- Select your course of study
- Enter your UTME subject combination and scores
- Input your O’Level results (up to two sittings)
- Upload your O’Level results on JAMB CAPS
Important:
- Medicine, Dentistry, and Nursing accept only one sitting
- Aeronautical and select Engineering courses require Further Mathematics and six credits
- Review all entries
- Tick the declaration box to confirm accuracy
- Submit and download your screening report
Key Notes
- Deadline for submission: 26 July 2025
- Corrections after submission will attract additional charges
- Only O’Level results obtained on or before July 2025 will be accepted
- LASU does not accept second-choice candidates
