LASU Notice to Newly Admitted Students on Central Admission Clearance 2025/2026; The management of Lagos State University (LASU) has announced that all candidates admitted for the 2025/2026 academic session are required to participate in the online admission clearance exercise via the LASU Central Admissions Clearance Application (LACACA).
At the end of the clearance process:
- Successful candidates will be assigned matriculation numbers.
- Unsuccessful candidates will be considered to have forfeited their provisional admission.
The LACACA operation is managed by LASU Consult Limited, and all admitted students are required to pay the prescribed clearance fees through the LASU e-payment portal.
Requirements Before Starting LACACA
Candidates must have completed payment for the following:
- Acceptance fee
- Medical fee
- Clearance fee
How to Pay Clearance Fees
- Visit lasu.edu.ng/consult
- Enter your JAMB Registration Number in the field labelled Matriculation Number/Application Number.
- Provide a valid email address and phone number.
- Click Continue to proceed with payment.
Step-by-Step Guide for LASU LACACA 2025/2026
- Visit the LASU official website: www.lasu.edu.ng
- Navigate to the STUDENT tab and click UG LACACA.
- Enter your UTME Registration Number and Surname, then click Submit.
- On your dashboard, complete the following tasks:
- Validate basic biodata details
- Verify disability status
- Upload O’Level scratch card details
- Upload original birth certificate
- Upload original UTME result slip
- Upload original JAMB admission letter
- Upload scanned signature
- Tick the I Agree box and click Submit
At this stage, your clearance progress will move to 20% while your documents are submitted for review.
Clearance Progress & Corrections
- Candidates should regularly check their portal for clearance progress.
- If errors are detected, students must pay for corrections via the LASU e-payment portal: lasu.edu.ng/epayment.
- Once clearance progress reaches 100%, candidates can print their LASU Admission Clearance Certificate and will be issued a matriculation number.

- Commencement of Online Clearance: Wednesday, 17th September 2025
- Duration: Two (2) weeks
For Rejected Students
Rejected applicants should:
- Log into their portal to check the reason for rejection.
- If necessary, visit the Admission Office, 3rd Floor, Senate Building, LASU Main Campus, Ojo for further guidance.
