Registration Timeline
- Start Date: Monday, 17th February 2025
- End Date: Friday, 25th April 2025
- Registration Days: Monday to Friday each week
- Students must adhere to the scheduled registration days for their respective faculties.
Faculty Registration Schedule
Each faculty has an assigned registration day:
- Monday – Faculty of Management Sciences / School of Nursing
- Tuesday – Faculty of Education / School of Agriculture / College of Medicine
- Wednesday – Faculty of Science / School of Transport and Logistics
- Thursday – Faculty of Social Sciences / Faculty of Communication and Media Studies / School of Library, Archival & Information Science
- Friday – Faculties of Arts / Engineering / Environmental Sciences

Time for all faculties: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Required Documents
Students must present the following documents:
- Letter of Admission (printout) or Course Registration Form
- Receipt of school fees payment
- Two recent passport photographs
Important Information
- No extension of the registration deadline is expected.
- Students must complete the process within the stipulated period.
- Failure to register within the timeframe may result in restricted access to library services.
- Students must follow the schedule and ensure all required documents are available before attending registration.
