Lagos Business School 2025 Young Talents Programme; Lagos Business School (LBS) is now accepting applications for the 2025 edition of its Young Talents Programme (YTP). Now in its ninth year, the YTP is designed for high-achieving graduates who show strong potential for leadership, research, or entrepreneurial impact.
What to Expect from the Programme
The 2025 YTP will take place over two days—25th and 26th July 2025—at the LBS campus. It’s an intensive, interactive experience that gathers brilliant minds from across Nigeria to engage with top-tier faculty members and seasoned business professionals.
The programme is built to equip participants with the mindset and tools needed to lead teams, launch startups, or pursue advanced academic paths such as a PhD. It goes beyond theory, offering hands-on sessions that focus on leadership development, productivity, and entrepreneurial thinking.
Participants may also be considered for the LBS Management Scholarship Academy, an initiative that supports young graduates interested in academic and research careers.
Eligibility Criteria
LBS is calling on individuals who meet the following requirements:
- Graduates with a First Class or Second Class Upper degree (or its equivalent)
- Applicants must be under 30 years old at the time of application
- A master’s degree is not required (but applicants with one are welcome)
- Previous attendees of the YTP are not eligible to apply again
