KWASU Post-UTME/DE Screening Form 2025/2026

KWASU Post-UTME/DE Screening Form 2025/2026; The management of Kwara State University (KWASU), Malete invites all eligible UTME and Direct Entry (DE) candidates to participate in the Pre-Admission Screening Registration for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fall into any of the following categories:

First Choice Candidates: Candidates who chose Kwara State University, Malete as their first choice of institution in the 2025 UTME/DE.
Change of Institution Candidates: Candidates who wish to choose KWASU as their first choice must effect a Change of Institution on the JAMB Portal before registration.

O’Level Requirements

Candidates must have at least five (5) O’level credits in relevant subjects at not more than two (2) sittings.
MBBS candidates must have their five credits in one sitting only.
Candidates awaiting O’level results can apply but will not be offered admission unless their results are uploaded before the end of the admission exercise.

Registration & Screening Fees

All applicants are required to pay a non-refundable fee of ₦2,000 (Two Thousand Naira only).

KWASU 2025/2026 Pre-Admission Registration & Screening Procedure

Follow the steps below to complete your registration:

Visit the official KWASU portal: http://portal.kwasu.edu.ng and click on “Click here to apply.”
Select Undergraduate from the top menu bar.
Enter your JAMB Registration Number and click “Continue.”
Complete the Basic Information Page (ensure you provide a valid phone number and email address) and click Next.
On the Payment Review Page, click on “Make Payment.”
Provide your ATM card details (MasterCard or Visa) and submit.
Enter the OTP code sent to your phone and click Continue to complete your payment.
After successful payment, return to the portal and click on “Main Login.”
Enter your JAMB Registration Number and your Surname as password.
Click “Login to Dashboard” and complete your registration.
Print out both the completed registration form and payment receipt.

Payment Issues and Re-Query

If you were debited but experienced a network failure during payment:

Enter your JAMB Registration Number and phone number on the portal.
Press the Tab button to display the Re-query Interface.
Re-query your unsuccessful payment attempt.

Important Notes

Final admission is based on meeting KWASU’s minimum UTME/DE scores and the availability of spaces within the NUC-approved quota.
Falsification of documents or citizenship certificates will lead to disqualification and possible prosecution.
