KSU procedure for students’ regularization

GAIN ADMISSION INTO ANY NIGERIAN UNIVERSITY WITHOUT JAMB – REGISTER FOR IJMB TODAY

The management has released the following procedure for student regularization:

1. Visit JAMB Office
   • Provide your bio-data.
2. Payment and Indemnity Form
   • Make the necessary payment to JAMB and obtain the indemnity form.
3. Fill Indemnity Form
   • Complete your section of the indemnity form.
   • Submit the form at Room 16, Academic Office.
4. Director of Academic Planning
   • The Director will sign, recommend, and submit the indemnity form to JAMB.
5. Check JAMB Portal
   • Monitor your JAMB portal for approval.
6. Print Admission Letter
   • After receiving approval, print your JAMB admission letter.
   • Submit the printed admission letter to the Academic Office and Student Affairs.

Who Needs to Do Regularization?

1. Students who have changed their course
2. Students who have changed their institution
3. Students who need to correct their name
   • Examples include correcting wrong spelling and rearranging names.

Note: Changes to date of birth, LGA, or state are not permitted.
