Scholarship Benefits

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the 2026 King’s College Commonwealth Shared Scholarship, applicants must:

Be a citizen of, or have refugee status in, an eligible Commonwealth country
Be permanently resident in an eligible Commonwealth country
Be available to begin studies in the UK by September 2026
Hold at least a 2:1 undergraduate degree, or a 2:2 with a relevant postgraduate qualification
Not have studied or worked for more than one academic year in a high-income country
Demonstrate financial need and inability to study in the UK without the scholarship
