KASU Announces Mandatory Physical Screening for Newly Admitted Candidates 2025/2026 Session; The Office of the Registrar at Kaduna State University (KASU) has released an official notice to all candidates who have received a provisional admission offer for the 2025/2026 Academic Session. According to the announcement, all admitted candidates are required to undergo a mandatory physical screening and document verification exercise at the university.

Schedule and Venue

The physical screening exercise is scheduled as follows:

  • Date: Tuesday, 9th December – Friday, 19th December 2025
  • Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily
  • Venue: 1000 Seat Auditorium, KASU Main Campus, Tafawa Balewa Way, Kaduna

All candidates are expected to appear in person on any of the scheduled days within the specified timeframe.

Pre-Screening Requirement

Before arriving for the physical screening, candidates must complete an online pre-screening step. To do this, they are required to:

  1. Log in to their SATapply (Post-UTME) Portal via: applicant.satapply.com/kasu
  2. Upload a clear scanned copy of their JAMB Admission Letter through the portal dashboard
  3. Print the Post-UTME Registration Acknowledgement Slip as proof of completion

This pre-screening is compulsory and must be completed prior to the physical verification.

Documents Required for Screening

Candidates must present both the originals and two (2) photocopies of each of the following documents:

  1. JAMB Admission Letter (printed from JAMB CAPS)
  2. JAMB Original Result Slip
  3. O’Level Certificate(s) (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, etc.)
  4. A valid scratch card for the O’Level result used in the application
  5. Two copies of the online-generated O’Level result (printed directly from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB portal)
  6. Birth Certificate or Sworn Court Declaration of Age
  7. Primary School Leaving Certificate
  8. Certificate of Local Government of Origin / Indigene Certificate
  9. Post-UTME Registration Acknowledgement Slip (printed from SATapply portal)
  10. NIN Slip

Candidates are advised to ensure that all documents are complete to avoid any delays or complications during the screening process.
