Role Overview
As an Office Services Associate, you will support the daily operational and administrative activities of the office, ensuring smooth functioning and high service standards. You will work alongside a team of professionals to manage correspondence, office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility support.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and forward letters, packages, and internal correspondence
- Oversee procurement, storage, and inventory of office supplies
- Dispatch proposals and other critical documents promptly
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs or office maintenance
- Systematically file important company documents and manage archives
- Prepare expense reports and manage office budgets
- Ensure office equipment is functional and requisition new supplies as needed
- Arrange travel and accommodations for staff
- Supervise janitorial services and facility cleanliness
- Manage company vehicle documentation and accounts for partners’ vehicles
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: First Degree in any discipline, minimum Second-Class Upper Division
Experience: At least 2 years in an administrative role
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
