Printing of exam slips begins Monday, 23 June 2025 — and if you’re eligible, this is your chance. Here’s what you need to know.

Who Should Take Note?

Not everyone is writing the mop-up. According to JAMB, it is specifically for:

  • 5,096 candidates with unresolved issues from earlier UTME sittings
  • Candidates who couldn’t complete biometric verification during their initial exam
  • 91,742 students who missed the main or rescheduled UTME entirely

That’s a total of 96,838 candidates, spread across 183 approved centres nationwide.

JAMB also mentioned that some candidates are on standby — likely pending space availability or final clearance.

How to Print Your Exam Slip

From Monday, 23 June 2025, qualified candidates must print their exam notification slip. This document contains your exam date, time, and centre.

  • The GSM number used during registration

✅ Once printed, double-check your details, then bring a physical copy to the exam venue.

Why This Mop-Up Matters

JAMB rarely offers a third chance. If your name made it onto this list, it’s likely your final opportunity to write the 2025 UTME. Whether it was tech failure, biometric issues, or a missed exam date — you now have a second shot.

Don’t waste it.

  • Print your slip early
  • Know your centre and exam time
  • Prepare well
  • Show up

There will be no further resits, and excuses won’t be entertained.

Bottom line: If you’re among the 96,838 candidates selected, this mop-up is your moment. Take it seriously.
