JAMB Mock Slip 2026: How to Print and Check Venue

JAMB Mock Slip 2026: How to Print and Check Venue. The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has opened the portal for 2026 Mock UTME slip printing from Monday, 23 March 2026. Candidates who registered for the mock can now print their slips and confirm their exam venue and time ahead of the test scheduled for Saturday, 28 March 2026.

The mock exam is part of JAMB’s preparation process. It helps candidates get familiar with the Computer-Based Test (CBT) system before the main UTME, while also allowing the board to test its infrastructure. The slip itself carries the key details candidates need; venue and time are the most critical.

How to Print the JAMB Mock Slip

JAMB has provided two official channels for printing the 2026 mock slip. Both lead to the same result, so candidates can use whichever is more convenient.

Option 1: Print Through the Mock Slip Portal

This is the direct method.

Steps:

  • Visit the JAMB mock slip printing portal
  • Enter your JAMB registration number or email address
  • Click “Generate Mock Slip”
  • Download and print the slip once it appears

Option 2: Print Through JAMB eFacility

This method works through your JAMB profile dashboard.

Steps:

  • Visit the JAMB eFacility portal
  • Enter your email address and password
  • Click “Login”
  • Open your dashboard
  • Locate and print your mock slip

What the Mock Slip Will Show

The mock slip contains two essential pieces of information:

  • Examination venue
  • Examination time

These details determine where and when you are expected to sit for the mock exam. Candidates are expected to check carefully and plan ahead to avoid confusion on exam day.

JAMB Extends Mock Exam Duration

For 2026, JAMB has adjusted the structure of the mock exam.

The test will now run for four hours, instead of the usual two. This extended format is designed to give candidates more exposure to the CBT environment.

Two sessions will be conducted on the same day:

  • 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
  • 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Candidates will participate in both sessions consecutively. The longer format is intended to improve familiarity and confidence before the main UTME.

Participation Is Mandatory

According to the JAMB Registrar, Is-haq Oloyede, candidates who selected the mock option during registration are expected to attend.

The board emphasised that mock slots are limited. Any candidate who registers but fails to show up effectively denies another candidate the opportunity to benefit from the exercise.

What You Should Do Now

The situation is straightforward:

  • Print your mock slip
  • Confirm your venue and time
  • Make arrangements to attend on Saturday, 28 March 2026

For candidates who opted in, the mock exam is not just practice—it is part of your preparation strategy for the main UTME.
