JAMB 2025 Mop-Up UTME Results Released; The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has officially released the results of the 2025 Mop-Up Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) held on Saturday, June 28, 2025.
In a statement released by JAMB’s Public Communication Advisor, Dr. Fabian Benjamin, the board confirmed that results for a total of 11,161 candidates who were present for the mop-up examination have now been made available.
How to Check Your JAMB 2025 Mop-Up Result
Candidates who participated in the mop-up exam can now check their results via SMS by following the correct procedure:
- Send “UTMERESULT” (as one word, no spaces)
- To either 55019 or 66019
- Use the same phone number (SIM) used during UTME registration
Important Note:
Candidates must use the exact phone number they used when registering for the UTME. Those who do not follow this instruction may not receive their result.
What If You Can’t Access Your Result?
JAMB has noted that candidates experiencing difficulties in checking their results likely did not follow the correct procedure. If you’re unable to get your result:
- Ensure you are texting UTMERESULT as one word
- Make sure you are using the correct SIM used during UTME registration
- Send the message to 55019 or 66019
