IMSU Post-UTME/DE Form 2025/2026; The management of Imo State University (IMSU), Owerri has announced the commencement of registration for the 2025/2026 Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) screening exercise. Registration will officially begin on Monday, 21st July 2025.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates are expected to meet the following requirements before applying:
- UTME Candidates
- Must have chosen Imo State University, Owerri as their first-choice institution.
- Must have scored a minimum of 150 in the 2025 UTME.
- Change of Institution Candidates
- Candidates who did not initially choose IMSU as their first choice but scored 150 and above may also apply.
- Such candidates must visit the JAMB portal and change their first-choice institution to IMSU before the close of the Post-UTME application process.
- Direct Entry (DE) Candidates
- Must possess OND, HND, First Degree, ‘A’ Level, or their equivalents in relevant disciplines.
- O’Level Result Upload
- All candidates must ensure that their O’Level results are uploaded to the JAMB CAPS.
- Candidates awaiting results should upload them as soon as they are released; failure to do so will result in disqualification.
How to Apply for IMSU Post-UTME/DE Screening 2025/2026
Follow the steps below to complete your registration:
- Visit the IMSU Portal
Go to https://www.imsuonline.edu.ng and click on 2025/2026 Post-UTME/Direct Entry Application. - Check Eligibility
Enter your JAMB Registration Number to confirm eligibility. - Make Payment
- Use your JAMB Registration Number as the Invoice Number.
- Pay a non-refundable fee of ₦2,000 (Two Thousand Naira only) and generate a receipt.
- For convenience, candidates are encouraged to make payments through IMSU Microfinance Bank.
- Complete the Online Application
- Return to https://www.imsuonline.edu.ng 24 hours after payment.
- Click on 2025/2026 Post-UTME/Direct Entry Application again to fill and submit the online application form.
- Acknowledgement Slip
Print the Acknowledgement Slip and present it at the Post-UTME/DE screening venue on the scheduled date.
Aptitude Test & Screening Date
The specific date and time for each candidate’s screening examination will be communicated in due course.
Candidates are strongly advised to obtain the official IMSU Post-UTME Past Questions and Answers to prepare adequately for the screening exercise.
Application Deadline
The deadline for the IMSU Post-UTME/DE registration is Monday, 4th August 2025.
Important Notes
- Admission consideration will strictly be based on meeting the cut-off mark, uploading required results, and availability of admission quota.
- Candidates who submit false information or fail to follow instructions will be disqualified.
