IAUE Acceptance Fee 2026/2027; Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE) has released its acceptance fee payment, clearance and registration guidelines for newly admitted UTME and Direct Entry candidates for the 2026/2027 academic session.
The announcement follows the release of the IAUE 2026/2027 Admission List.
For newly admitted candidates, acceptance fee payment opens on Tuesday, 18 August 2026, while the physical clearance exercise begins on Monday, 31 August 2026.
Candidates should follow the stages in the order prescribed by the university and keep every receipt, printout and clearance document until registration is fully completed.
IAUE Acceptance Fee Is ₦50,000
The IAUE acceptance fee is ₦50,000.00 and is non-refundable.
Payment will be made online through the IAUE Enterprise Schools Portal.
Candidates can pay using:
- Pay-Direct
- MasterCard
- Verve
Do not discard the payment receipt. It will be required during the clearance process.
Acceptance Deadline for First Batch Candidates
The stated deadline for first batch candidates is Monday, 7 September 2026, described as four weeks from the date of publication.
Candidates who fail to accept their admission on JAMB CAPS and pay the acceptance fee by the stated deadline risk losing the admission offer.
Confirm Your Admission on JAMB CAPS First
Before paying the IAUE acceptance fee or beginning clearance, newly admitted candidates should confirm their admission through JAMB CAPS.
The required sequence is:
- Check the admission status using the JAMB CAPS guide.
- Accept the admission offer.
- Print the JAMB Admission Letter in colour.
- Print the JAMB Original Result Slip in colour.
The JAMB admission letter will be authenticated during the verification process.
Candidates who do not want the offered admission can reject the offer through JAMB CAPS.
Update Your IAUE Bio-Data
After the acceptance fee stage, candidates should update their personal information and other required details through the IAUE portal.
The information entered should agree with the candidate’s admission records.
A bio-data printout is required during faculty clearance, so candidates should print and retain a copy after completing the update.
IAUE Faculty Clearance Requirements
Faculty clearance will be conducted at the candidate’s Faculty Conference Hall.
Candidates should arrive with all required documents ready for verification.

JAMB Document Verification and Clearance Approval
The JAMB Admission Letter and Original Result Slip will be authenticated using a QR code scan at the ICT desk.
Once verification is completed, the documents will be stamped and signed.
After the Admissions Unit clears the candidate, an Admission Clearance Approval Notice will be generated on the portal.
Faculty clearance will also generate a Faculty Clearance Approval Notice.
Both approval notices should be printed and placed inside the student’s file jacket before the completed file is submitted to the Faculty Officer.
Campus Communication Network Registration
Every newly admitted student must register a Glo SIM card through the ICT/Glo personnel at the designated registration point.
This registration is for the Campus Communication Network (CCN).
It forms part of the admission registration process and should be completed as required.
IAUE School Fees Payment
School fees payment comes after clearance.
Once the required clearance process has been completed, candidates can proceed online to make the school fees payment.

Special Clearance Arrangement for Two Faculties
Candidates admitted into the Faculty of Vocational & Technical Education and the Faculty of Agriculture should take note of a separate clearance arrangement.
Their clearance will be conducted at:
Rumuolumeni Campus, Home Economics, Tourism & Hospitality Building
After completing clearance, the candidates will proceed to the Ndele Campus, where they will begin their academic programmes.

If Your Clearance Approval Notice Has Not Appeared
Check whether both the Admissions Unit and faculty clearance stages have been completed.
Any outstanding clearance requirement must be completed before the relevant approval notice can be generated.
If You Are in Vocational & Technical Education or Agriculture
Do not follow the regular clearance location without checking your faculty arrangement.
Candidates in the Faculty of Vocational & Technical Education and Faculty of Agriculture will complete clearance at the Rumuolumeni Campus, Home Economics, Tourism & Hospitality Building, before proceeding to the Ndele Campus.
