Tell Me About The Award:
Huddersfield Business School invites applications from outstanding candidates for its Open Scholarship. Six scholarships are available for the 2024/25 academic year. These scholarships cover a full fee waiver and provide an annual stipend of £3,500 for full-time postgraduate researchers (PGRs) and £1,750 for part-time PGRs. The stipend is contingent on satisfactory academic progress and full engagement with the research program.
Successful candidates will be selected on a competitive basis and will be eligible to enroll in a research degree without tuition fees for the standard registration period. Fees will be waived for up to three years of full-time study or six years of part-time study. The scholarship does not cover any research undertaken outside of the standard registration period, including any write-up period.

What Is The Benefit Of The Huddersfield Business School Scholarships 2025?
- Full Fee Waiver: Tuition fees will be waived for the standard registration period (up to three years for full-time study and six years for part-time study).
- Annual Stipend: Full-time postgraduate research (PGR) candidates will receive an annual stipend of £3,500. Part-time PGR candidates will receive £1,750 annually. The stipend is contingent on satisfactory academic progress and full engagement with the research program.

- Research Proposal: This should contain:
- Proposed title and relevant research areas

- Two Academic References: Provide contact details of referees who can comment on your suitability for the scholarship.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview with a panel of academic staff. Successful candidates will be notified following this process.
