Horizon College of Nursing Sciences Abuja ND/HND Nursing Admission Form 2025/2026; Horizon College of Nursing Sciences, Abuja is now accepting applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) Nursing Science programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.
This private monotechnic institution, fully approved by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) and in line with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) guidelines, is dedicated to producing highly skilled nurses equipped to serve Nigeria, Africa, and the global community.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates seeking admission must meet the following conditions:
- UTME Score Requirement:
- Must have taken the 2025 UTME Examination and scored a minimum of 140.
- Institution Choice:
- Must have selected Horizon College of Nursing Sciences as First Choice Institution,
- Or must apply for a Change of Institution to Horizon College through a JAMB Accredited CBT Centre or JAMB Office.
- O’Level Requirements:
- A minimum of five (5) O’Level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
- Acceptable examination bodies: WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB
- Results must be obtained in not more than two sittings
How to Apply
Step 1:
Candidates who already selected Horizon College as their first choice in UTME should:
- Visit the college website: www.hocons.edu.ng
- Navigate to the Admission Portal and complete the online application form.
Step 2:
Candidates who did not initially choose Horizon College should:
- First, visit a JAMB CBT Centre or JAMB Office to effect a Change of Institution to Horizon College of Nursing Sciences.
- After the change is successful, proceed to the college website to complete the online application.

- Online Application Opens: 18th July, 2025
- After submission, candidates should regularly check their email and the college admission portal for updates on the entrance examination and screening dates.
