FUTIA Post-UTME/DE Form 2025/2026; The Federal University of Technology, Ikot Abasi (FUTIA) invites qualified candidates to apply for the 2025/2026 Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) Screening Exercise for admission into its various undergraduate programmes.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the FUTIA Post-UTME/DE screening, candidates must meet the following conditions:
- UTME Candidates:
- Must have scored a minimum of 160 in the 2025 UTME.
- Must have chosen FUTIA as their first (1st) choice institution.
- Candidates who did not choose FUTIA initially but scored 160 and above may also apply, provided they change their first choice institution to FUTIA on JAMB CAPS.
- O’Level Requirement:
- Must have a minimum of five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, at not more than two (2) sittings in SSCE (WAEC/NECO) or its equivalent.
- Candidates with awaiting results may apply but must ensure their O’Level results are uploaded on JAMB CAPS at a JAMB-approved CBT centre.

Registration Details
- Registration Start Date: Monday, 21st July, 2025
- Registration Duration: Four (4) weeks (Candidates must accept admissions within this period if offered).
How to Apply for FUTIA Post-UTME/DE 2025
Follow these steps to complete your online registration:
- Visit the official portal: http://portal.futia.edu.ng and click on “Click here to apply.”
- Select the Undergraduate link on the menu bar.
- Enter your JAMB Registration Number and click “Get Details.”
- Complete the basic information page using a valid phone number and email address, then click Next.
- On the payment review page, click “Make Payment” and proceed to the payment page.
- Enter your ATM card details (Mastercard, Visa, or Verve) and submit.
- Enter the OTP code sent to your phone and click Continue to complete payment.
- After successful payment, click on “Main login” on the portal, enter your JAMB Registration Number and Surname (as password).
- Complete your registration, print your registration form and payment receipt.
