FUTA Announces 189th Inaugural Lecture Scheduled for December 2025; The Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA) has officially announced its 189th Inaugural Lecture, extending an open invitation to the general public, members of the university community, and friends of the institution.
The lecture, titled “Unlocking Subterranean Secrets: Artificial Intelligence (AI)-Enhanced Gravimetric Geodesy for Detecting Underground Beneficial Graves,” will be delivered by Prof. Timothy Oluwadare Idowu, a Professor of Surveying and Geoinformatics specializing in Gravimetric Geodesy.
