
FUPRE Post UTME Form 2026/2027; The Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun (FUPRE), Delta State, has commenced the sale of its Post UTME application form for the 2026/2027 academic session.
FUPRE, regarded as the first petroleum university in Africa and the sixth in the world, invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for undergraduate admission into its various degree programmes across four colleges.
Candidates who meet the UTME score, O’Level requirements, age condition and first-choice admission rules can now begin the online registration process.
FUPRE Post UTME Form 2026/2027: Application Date and Fee
The FUPRE Post UTME registration portal opened on Monday, 25 May 2026.
The deadline for application is Friday, 17 July 2026.
The screening fee is ₦2,000 only.
Candidates are advised to complete their registration before the closing date to avoid missing the screening exercise.
Who Can Apply for FUPRE Post UTME?
To qualify for the 2026/2027 FUPRE Post UTME screening exercise, candidates must meet the following conditions:
- Score a minimum of 160 in the 2026 UTME
- Choose FUPRE as first-choice institution during JAMB registration
- Candidates who did not initially select FUPRE must complete a change of institution through JAMB before applying
- Possess at least five O’Level credit passes in relevant subjects
- Accepted O’Level results include WAEC, NECO, GCE and NABTEB
- Results must not be from more than two sittings
- Candidates must be at least 16 years old by 30 September 2026
FUPRE Direct Entry Admission Requirements
FUPRE also accepts Direct Entry candidates with recognised qualifications approved by NUC, NBTE or NCCE.
However, Direct Entry admission is not available for the following courses:

- Entrepreneurship
- Procurement Management
- Microbiology
- Biochemistry
- Petroleum Chemistry
