FUOTUOKE supplementary Post-UTME registration for 2025/2026 session; The Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE) invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for Supplementary Admission into the 2025/2026 Academic Session. Applicants are to carefully follow the eligibility requirements and application guidelines below.
Eligibility for Application
- Candidates who chose Federal University Otuoke as their first choice and scored 150 and above in the 2025/2026 UTME are eligible to apply for the programmes listed.
- Candidates who did not choose FUOTUOKE as their first choice but scored 150 and above in the 2025 UTME and are willing to change their institution to FUOTUOKE on the JAMB portal (www.jamb.org.ng) can also apply.
- Candidates who initially applied to FUOTUOKE but were not admitted into their chosen programmes can reapply for any of the listed programmes, but must first do a change of course on the JAMB website.
Note: Changes made on the JAMB portal may take up to 24 hours to be updated.

Method of Application
- Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee of N2,000 using an Interswitch Verve-enabled card or MasterCard.
Documents Required for Online Application
Applicants must upload the following:
- Passport-size photograph (digital)
- Copy of 2025 UTME original result printout
- Copy of WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O’Level result
- Copy of Local Government of Origin certificate
- Copy of Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
Special Instructions
- Use a digital passport photograph only.
- Ensure the same name order as in your JAMB UTME.
- Provide a valid email address and personal phone number.
- FUOTUOKE will not be responsible for unsuccessful applications due to invalid email addresses or phone numbers.

Disqualification Notice
Any candidate who makes a false declaration of UTME scores, O’Level results, or state of origin will be disqualified and shall not be considered for admission.
