FUOTUOKE Pre-Degree Admission Form 2025/2026. The Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE), located in Bayelsa State, has commenced sales of application forms for its 2025/2026 Pre-Degree Programme. The School of Basic Studies runs the programme and offers a one-year, full-time academic preparation for the 2026 UTME and eventual admission into 100-level undergraduate programmes at the university.
Who Can Apply?
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Possess five credit passes including English Language and Mathematics from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB
- All credits must be obtained within two sittings
- Must be prepared to sit for the 2026 UTME with appropriate subject combinations for their desired courses

- Fill in your personal and academic details
- Upload the following documents:
- Recent passport photograph (in JPG format)
- WAEC/NECO/NABTEB result(s)
- Local Government Area identification letter (PDF)
- Birth certificate or age declaration (PDF)
After Submission
After submitting your application online:
- Print your acknowledgement slip
- Present the slip and originals of all uploaded documents at the School of Basic Studies Complex, West Campus, FUOTUOKE, for screening and registration
