- Scored 150 and above in the 2025 UTME (JAMB),
- Chose Federal University Otuoke (FUO) as First Choice Institution, and
- Have purchased the FUO Post-UTME form,
that the 2025/2026 Admission Screening Exercise has been scheduled as follows.

All candidates must come with the following:
- Post-UTME Registration Acknowledgement Slip
- Original JAMB Result Slip
- Original O’Level Certificate(s)
- National Identification Number (NIN) Slip
