FUOTUOKE Post-UTME/Direct Entry Screening 2025/2026; The Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE) invites applications from qualified candidates for the Post-UTME and Direct Entry Screening Exercise for admission into undergraduate programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.
All interested candidates are to carefully follow the application guidelines and eligibility criteria outlined below.
Eligibility Criteria for Application
The following categories of candidates are eligible to apply:
a. First Choice Candidates:
- Candidates who selected Federal University Otuoke as their first choice in the 2025/2026 JAMB UTME.
- Must have scored a minimum of 150 in the UTME.
- Must have chosen a programme listed under section 9 (not shown here).
b. Change of Institution Candidates:
- Candidates who did not initially choose FUOTUOKE but scored at least 150 in the 2025/2026 UTME and wish to apply.
- These candidates must first complete a Change of Institution to Federal University Otuoke on the JAMB portal at www.jamb.org.ng before applying.
How to Apply for FUOTUOKE Post-UTME 2025
Application Fee:
- A non-refundable fee of N2,000.00 only is to be paid via the online portal using an Interswitch Verve or Mastercard Debit Card.

Documents Required for Online Application
Applicants are required to upload the following documents in the specified formats:
- Digital Passport Photograph (JPG format)
- WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O’Level Result (PDF format)
- LGA Identification Letter (PDF format)
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration (PDF format)
- Scratch card details for O’Level result verification
- If combining two results, upload both scratch card details.
Important Instructions
- Use a clear digital passport photograph in JPG format.
- Ensure to submit a valid email address and personal phone number during registration.
- FUOTUOKE will not be responsible for unsuccessful applications due to invalid contact details.
- All O’Level results must be uploaded on JAMB CAPS.
- False declarations of UTME score, O’Level grades, or state of origin will lead to automatic disqualification.

- Deadline for Submission: Thursday, 8th August 2025
Post-UTME Screening Date
The exact date of the Post-UTME Screening Exercise will be available on each candidate’s Screening Schedule Printout, which will be accessible after the completion of the application.
Candidates are advised to check the portal regularly and print their screening schedule after successful registration.
Disqualification Notice
Candidates will not be considered for admission if:
- Their O’Level results are not uploaded on JAMB CAPS.
- They make false declarations regarding UTME scores, O’Level results, or state of origin.
