FUOTUOKE Announces Appointments and Promotions to Professorial Cadre; The Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE), Bayelsa State, has released a press statement dated November 6, 2025, announcing the Council’s decision on appointments and promotions into the professorial cadre of the university.
