Duration of Programmes
(a) PGD Programmes: 2 semesters (Coursework only).
(b) Master’s Programmes: 3 semesters (Coursework and Research Thesis).
(c) Doctoral Programmes: Minimum of 6 semesters.
(d) Certificate Programmes: Six (6) months.
Admission Requirements
(a) PGD Programmes
- A graduate of FUOTUOKE or any recognized university with at least a Second Class Honours Degree or Third Class in a related discipline.
- HND holders with a minimum of Lower Credit in relevant fields are also eligible.
(b) Master’s Programmes
- A graduate of FUOTUOKE or any recognized university with a Second Class (Lower Division) or higher.
(c) Doctoral Programmes (Ph.D./DrPH)
- A Master’s Degree or Professional Master’s Degree with a research thesis and a minimum CGPA of 3.5.
(d) Public Health Nursing Programmes
- Exclusively for holders of a Bachelor of Nursing Science or its equivalent.
(e) Certificate Programmes
- Candidates must hold a minimum of OND from a recognized institution.
Note: All candidates must satisfy the university’s O’Level requirements, including five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, with English Language and Mathematics included, obtained in not more than two sittings.
