Scholarship Benefits
Successful applicants will receive:
- A monthly scholarship of €560
- Tuition fee coverage (up to the national standard study cost)

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (or be in their final year of undergraduate studies)
- Have a letter of (pre-)acceptance from a Lithuanian university
- Be proficient in Lithuanian, English, or the language of instruction
- Not already hold a Master’s degree
- Be prepared for on-campus studies in Lithuania
- (For Belarusian applicants) Hold a valid residence permit in Lithuania
Eligible Countries: Fully Funded Master’s Scholarship in Lithuania: Applications Open for 2025
Applicants from the following countries can apply:
Uzbekistan, Israel, Georgia, New Zealand, Kazakhstan, the United States, Belarus, Japan, Armenia, South Korea, Moldova, China (People’s Republic of China and Taiwan), Australia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, and foreign citizens of Lithuanian origin from non-EU and non-EFTA countries.
Scholarship Quotas
- 20 scholarships are reserved for students from Ukraine
- 5 scholarships for foreign citizens of Lithuanian origin
- A maximum of 10 scholarships per country for other eligible applicants
Selection Advantages
Applicants may receive extra points if they:
- Choose to study in Lithuanian
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a Lithuanian university
- Apply for a program in Informatics, Life Sciences, or Engineering (+15 bonus points)
