Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be first-time candidates from a non-European Union country whose households do not pay taxes within the EU.
- Have received admission into an eligible Undergraduate or Master’s programme at Sciences Po.
Not eligible:
- Swiss and Norwegian citizens (eligible for CROUS scholarships).
- Dual citizens, including one from an EU country.
- Master’s applicants from Quebec (eligible for reduced tuition fees).
- PhD and one-year Master’s programme applicants.
- Exchange and dual-degree students (except for specific partnerships such as Journalism – Columbia University, or with Fudan and Peking Universities for eligible Chinese nationals).
Scholarship Benefits
Undergraduate Level:
- A tuition fee exemption of up to €9,500 per year, or full exemption depending on merit.
- Renewable for the duration of study and into graduate studies at Sciences Po (if continued).
Master’s Level:
- A €18,500 tuition exemption per year for each of the two years of the Master’s programme.
