Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the 2026 Eiffel Scholarship Program, applicants must:

  1. Be a non-French citizen (foreign nationals only).
  2. Apply for admission into a Master’s or Doctoral program in a French higher institution.
  3. Be no older than 27 years (for Master’s applicants) as of the 2026 competition.
  4. Be no older than 32 years (for Doctoral applicants) as of the 2026 competition.
  5. Not already be a beneficiary of another French government scholarship at the time of application.

How to Apply

The application process for the Eiffel Scholarship is not direct. Candidates cannot apply individually. Instead, applications must be submitted by French institutions on behalf of the student.

  1. Apply and secure admission into a French university offering your desired program.
  2. Request the university to nominate you for the Eiffel Scholarship.
  3. The institution will then forward your application to Campus France for evaluation.
