FULAFIA Post UTME/Direct Entry Screening Form 2026/2027

FULAFIA Post UTME/Direct Entry Screening Form 2026/2027; The Federal University of Lafia (FULAFIA) has invited suitably qualified candidates who applied for admission into its undergraduate degree programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session to register for the online Post UTME and Direct Entry (DE) screening exercise.

The screening exercise is open to UTME candidates, Direct Entry applicants, Federal University of Lafia Remedial students, and IJMB students seeking admission into undergraduate programmes.

Who Can Apply for the FULAFIA Post UTME/DE Screening?

Candidates are eligible to participate in the 2026/2027 FULAFIA screening exercise if they meet the following requirements:

  • Possess at least five O’Level credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings.
  • UTME candidates must meet the required JAMB cut-off mark for their chosen course.
  • Direct Entry candidates must possess at least a Merit or Lower Credit grade in their qualifying examination.
  • Applicants must have selected the Federal University of Lafia as their first-choice institution.

FULAFIA General Cut-Off Mark for 2026/2027

The general UTME cut-off mark for admission into FULAFIA is 170.

However, several programmes require higher scores. Candidates are advised to confirm the cut-off mark for their chosen course before registering, as meeting the general cut-off mark does not automatically qualify a candidate for every programme.

FULAFIA Post UTME Registration Date

Registration for the 2026/2027 FULAFIA Post UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise will begin on 6 July 2026 and close on 30 August 2026.

Applicants are advised to complete their registration before the closing date, as late applications may not be accepted.

FULAFIA Post UTME Screening Fee

The screening fee is ₦2,000.

Candidates must initiate payment through the FULAFIA Management Information System (MIS) portal. Any Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) generated outside the portal will not be recognised for the screening exercise.

How to Apply for FULAFIA Post UTME/DE Screening

Applicants should complete their registration through the FULAFIA MIS portal using their correct JAMB details, email address and login credentials.

Follow these steps:

  1. Visit the FULAFIA MIS portal.
  2. Click “APPLY” to create an account.
  3. Select “Application.”
  4. Choose “Post UTME Application 2026/2027.”
  5. Enter your JAMB registration number, email address and preferred password.
  6. Click “Proceed.”
  7. Log in using the email address and password created earlier.
  8. Click “Proceed.”
  9. Copy the unique ID beginning with “FULUG…” when it appears.
  10. Replace your email address with the unique ID and log in again.
  11. Confirm that the displayed information is correct.
  12. Complete any missing biodata and save.
  13. Proceed to payment.

Available Payment Methods

Candidates can make payment online or at any commercial bank.

The available payment options include:

  • Mastercard: Enter your card number, expiry date and CVV to complete payment.
  • Bank Branch: Print the invoice and pay at any commercial bank.
  • USSD: Dial the appropriate USSD code using the generated RRR.
  • Internet Banking: Select your bank and complete payment through the online banking platform.
  • E-Wallet: Payment can be made through a Paga account.

For USSD payments, examples provided include:

  • GTBank: 737000*Your RRR#
  • Fidelity Bank: 770000*Your RRR#

Candidates should use the phone number registered with their bank.

Why Payment Must Start from the MIS Portal

Payment must be initiated from the FULAFIA MIS platform because only RRRs generated through the portal will be recognised.

Using an RRR generated outside the portal may prevent successful verification and completion of the registration process.

What Happens After Payment?

Candidates who pay online will automatically be redirected to continue their registration after successful payment.

Those who pay through a bank or any other payment option should log back into their portal account. The system will verify the payment before allowing them to proceed with registration.

O’Level Result Verification

Applicants must verify their O’Level result(s) on the portal.

Accepted examination bodies include:

  • WAEC
  • NECO
  • NABTEB

After verification, candidates should save their result details before proceeding.

Documents to Print After Registration

After completing the registration process, candidates should return to the portal, refresh the page and print:

  • Application summary slip
  • Payment receipt

These documents serve as evidence of successful registration and payment and should be kept safely.

What Happens After Completing the Screening?

After successfully completing the online screening registration, candidates should wait for further admission updates from the university.

The university has not announced any physical screening date. Applicants are therefore advised to ensure that every stage of the online registration is completed correctly and that all printed documents are safely kept.

Are Remedial and IJMB Students Required to Register?

Yes. Federal University of Lafia Remedial and IJMB students seeking undergraduate admission must also participate in the Post UTME screening exercise.

They are required to complete the same online screening process as every other eligible applicant.
