FULAFIA Bursar Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Academic and Professional Requirements
- Must possess a good honours degree in Accounting from a recognised institution
- A higher degree is an added advantage
- Must be a qualified member of a recognised professional body such as ICAN, ACCA, ANAN, or an equivalent
Work Experience and Rank
- Must have at least fifteen years of relevant experience
- Must have a minimum of ten years of continuous service within the university system
- Must have attained the rank of Senior Deputy Bursar, or Deputy Bursar for at least five years, or an equivalent position in a university
Age and Computer Skill
- Must not be above 60 years of age as of 5 May 2026
- Must be computer literate with a working knowledge of relevant accounting software
