FUKASHERE Post-UTME/DE Screening Form for 2025/2026 Academic Session; The Federal University of Kashere (FUKASHERE) invites all candidates who chose the university as their first-choice institution in the 2025 UTME and scored a minimum of 150 points in relevant subjects to participate in the Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) screening exercise.
The screening exercise is scheduled to hold from Monday, 21st July 2025 to Saturday, 9th August 2025.
Eligibility
- UTME candidates must have scored at least 150 in the 2025 JAMB UTME.
- Direct Entry candidates must possess relevant A’ Level, NCE, ND, or equivalent qualifications.
- All candidates (UTME and DE) must upload their O’ Level results to JAMB CAPS at the nearest JAMB office or accredited CBT centre.
Registration & Screening Fee
- Fee: ₦2,000 (non-refundable)
Registration Procedure
- Visit the university portal: http://fuk.admissions.cloud
- Use your JAMB Registration Number as both Username and Password to log in.
- Follow the payment instructions and pay the ₦2,000 screening fee online.
- Complete the online form and upload the required documents (see below).
Documents to be Uploaded
- O’ Level Statement of Result(s)
- A’ Level Statement of Result/Certificate (for Direct Entry applicants)
- First School Leaving Certificate
- Indigene Certificate/Letter
- Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
Candidates awaiting results should indicate “AR” (Awaiting Result) in the grade area.
Important Notice
- If admitted, candidates are required to submit the online screening form and all credentials during physical registration.
- Candidates who fail to upload their O’ Level results on JAMB CAPS will not be considered for admission.
