FUHSO Post UTME form for 2024/2025. The Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo (FUHSO) has announced its admission process for the 2024/2025 academic session. This is a great opportunity for candidates interested in pursuing health sciences at one of Nigeria’s top institutions.
Eligibility for FUHSO Post UTME Screening:
- Only candidates who applied through JAMB for the 2024/2025 UTME or Direct Entry (DE) and selected FUHSO as their first choice are eligible for the screening.
- Candidates must have passed their O’level exams with at least five credits, including English and Mathematics, in no more than two sittings.

- MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery): 240 and above
- B.Sc. Biochemistry: 200 and above
- Faculty of Science:
- B.Sc. Microbiology: 200 and above
- B.Sc. Computer Science: 180 and above
- B.Sc. Chemistry: 180 and above
- B.Sc. Biostatistics: 180 and above
- B.Sc. Biological Sciences: 180 and above
- B.Sc. Mathematics: 180 and above
- B.Sc. Physics: 180 and above
Direct Entry (DE) candidates must have at least a second-class lower degree in relevant science courses or A Levels/IJMB with a minimum of 13 points in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

Screening Details:
- The Post UTME and Direct Entry screening will be held at the University’s Lecture Theatre, Take-off Campus, Otada, Otukpo.

How to Change FUHSO to First Choice:
- Candidates wishing to change to FUHSO must do so on the JAMB portal and select Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo as their first choice.
- Ensure that your selected programme aligns with your UTME subject combination and O’level results.
- Candidates should also upload their O’level results on the JAMB portal to be eligible for admission.
