FUHSO Post-UTME/DE Screening 2025/2026; The Management of the Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo (FUHSO) wishes to inform all candidates who applied for admission into the university for the 2025/2026 academic session, either through the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) as first choice or via Direct Entry (DE), that the Post-UTME/DE screening exercise will take place from Monday, 8th September to Monday, 15th September, 2025.

The following programmes are available for the 2025/2026 admission exercise:
- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D.)
- Bachelor of Nursing Science (B.N.Sc.)
- Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Sciences (BMLS)
- B.Sc. Public Health and Epidemiology
- B.Sc. Biochemistry
- B.Sc. Microbiology
- B.Sc. Computer Science
- B.Sc. Chemistry
- B.Sc. Biostatistics
- B.Sc. Biological Sciences
- B.Sc. Mathematics
- B.Sc. Physics
Note: Candidates who wish to switch from their earlier chosen university must effect the change on the JAMB portal and select Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo as their first choice institution.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the FUHSO Post-UTME/DE screening, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- UTME Candidates
- Must score a minimum of 160 in UTME and meet the cut-off for their chosen programme.
- Must have at least five (5) O’level credits including Mathematics and English, obtained in not more than two sittings.
- Must upload O’level results on the JAMB portal.
- Direct Entry Candidates
- Must possess MB or First Degree with the required O’level combination.
- Holders of HND, NCE, or OND are accepted into relevant programmes such as Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Biostatistics, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, and Microbiology.
- Must upload A-level results on the JAMB portal, which must also be verified by the awarding institution.
- General Requirements
- Candidates must be 16 years and above by Tuesday, 30th September, 2025.
- UTME subject combinations must align with the requirements of the chosen course.
- Candidates wishing to switch courses must effect the change on the JAMB portal.
- Candidates with awaiting results are not eligible to register for the Post-UTME.
Registration Procedure
All eligible candidates are required to complete registration by following these steps:
- Pay the sum of Two Thousand Naira (₦2000) only through Remita in favour of Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo (Service/Purpose: Student Charges).
- Forward the evidence of payment to the email: screeningfuhsp@gmail.com.
- A registration link will be sent to your email.
- Fill out the online registration form, attach your credentials and proof of payment.
- Verify your details and click the Submit button to complete registration.
