FUHSA Releases Remedial Science Admission Form for 2025/2026; The Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare (FUHSA) invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its Nine (9) Months Intensive Remedial Science Studies for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.
The application period runs from Monday, 11th August 2025, to Friday, 10th October 2025.
This programme is designed to prepare candidates to compete for admission into FUHSA and other universities approved by the Federal Government.

Entry Requirements
- Minimum O’Level Requirement: At least three (3) credit passes in English Language and any two science subjects from Biology, Chemistry, and Physics (WAEC or NECO) in one sitting.
- JAMB Registration: Candidates must register for the 2026 JAMB (UTME) and obtain the required score.
- Subject Completion: Candidates must register and pass at credit level in any deficient subjects before the end of the programme.
- Awaiting Results: Applicants with awaiting O’Level results are eligible to apply.
Method of Application
- Visit the FUHSA website at www.fuhsa.edu.ng, click on the “Portals” tab, and select “Remedial Programme”.
- Create a profile on the admission portal and complete your bio-data. Use a valid email address for all correspondence.
- Pay a non-refundable application fee of ₦10,000:
- Payment can be made online via the portal or by generating an RRR and paying at any bank.
- Only payments made through the applicant’s profile will be accepted.
- Complete the online application form after payment.
- Print out the completed application form for reference purposes.
