FUHSA Releases 2023/2024 Post-UTME/DE Admission Forms; This is to notify all prospective candidates seeking admission into the Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare (FUHSA) that the registration for the 2023/2024 online screening exercise will commence on 6th August 2023 and close on 19th August 2023.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for admission, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Candidates must have chosen FUHSA as their ‘FIRST CHOICE’ in the 2023 UTME and obtained a minimum score of 160 points.
2. For MBBS Medicine & Surgery and BDS Dentistry programs, candidates must have scored a minimum of 200 points in the 2023 UTME.
3. Candidates must have obtained a minimum of five (5) relevant credits at ‘O’ level, including English and Mathematics.
4. Candidates must have sat for the relevant subject combination in the 2023 UTME.
5. Direct Entry (DE) candidates should have a minimum of five (5) O’ level relevant credits (including English and Mathematics) and scored a minimum of 9 points in IJMB or NCE, or have at least lower credit in ND/HND or Second Class Lower in a Degree.

Registration and Screening Procedure:

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are required to visit the University’s official website at www.fuhsa.edu.ng to complete the registration and screening procedures. For candidates awaiting their ‘O’ Level results, they must indicate ‘AWAITING RESULT (AR)’ in the grades column on the screening form and upload the results as soon as they are released by the Examination bodies.

Mode of Payment:

Eligible candidates must create accounts on the FUHSA online screening portal at https://fuhsa.admissions.cloud and make a payment of Two Thousand Naira Only (N2,000.00) for the screening exercise.

Ensure you complete the registration within the stipulated period, as late submissions will not be considered.
