FUGUSAU Registration Exercise for Newly Admitted Students 2025/2026; This is to inform all prospective students admitted into various undergraduate degree programmes of the Federal University, Gusau (FUGUSAU) for the 2025/2026 academic session that the registration exercise is scheduled to commence as follows:
- Date: Monday, 15th September 2025
- Venue: Faculty of Science Extension
- Time: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm daily
- Duration: Two (2) weeks
Documents Required for Registration
All students are expected to come along with both original and photocopies of the following documents:
- JAMB Admission Letter (for Institution Use)
- JAMB Result Slip
- SSCE Certificate (WAEC, NECO, NBAIS, or NABTEB)
- Senior Secondary School Testimonial
- Primary School Certificate and Testimonial
- Letter of Indigene
- Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
- Four (4) Passport Size Photographs
Acceptance Fee and Online Profile Update
Each admitted candidate is required to:
- Log on to ugs.fugusau.edu.ng
- Pay a non-refundable acceptance fee of Twelve Thousand Naira (₦12,000)
- Update personal information on the portal
- Print the Letter of Undertaking
- Print the Remita receipt for acceptance fee payment
- Print a copy of the profile form from the university portal
