FUGASHUA Post-UTME/DE Screening Form 2025/2026; The management of the Federal University, Gashua (FUGASHUA) wishes to inform all candidates who applied for admission into its degree programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session that the online screening exercise will commence on Wednesday, 27th August 2025 and end on Sunday, 28th September 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

UTME Candidates

• Candidates who scored 150 and above in the 2025 UTME are eligible.
• Specific cut-off marks apply for the following courses:
  • Biochemistry, Computer Science, Microbiology – 170
  • Biology – 160

Direct Entry (DE) Candidates

Candidates who selected FUGASHUA as First Choice and possess any of the following qualifications are eligible:

• Distinction, Credit or Merit in NCE
• IJMB with at least 6 points
• ND with Upper Credit
• HND with Lower Credit or higher

Registration Details

• Candidates are to visit the official FUGASHUA portal: https://fugashua.edu.ng
• The screening fee is Two Thousand Naira (₦2,000) only.
• The portal opens Wednesday, 27th August 2025 and closes Sunday, 28th September 2025.

Step-by-Step Registration Guide

1. Click on Register to create an account.
2. Fill in the required details:
   • JAMB Number
   • First Name & Surname
   • Entry Mode (UTME/DE)
   • Email Address (Username)
   • Password (must contain uppercase letters and numbers)
3. Click Register Account.
4. A confirmation link will be sent to your email. Click it to proceed to the payment page.
5. Make payment via:
   • Bank Payment: Print RRR invoice and pay at the bank.
   • ATM/Card Payment: Enter card details, phone number, and OTP for confirmation.
6. After payment, log in with your username and password.
7. Complete the online registration by providing:
   • Course selection (first choice, second choice, UTME subjects, UTME score)
   • Bio-data and recent passport photograph
   • O’Level results (5 credits including English and Mathematics, at not more than 2 sittings)
   • Details of previous institutions attended (for DE candidates)
   • Upload of relevant certificates and documents
8. Submit your application. A message will confirm: “Application Submitted Successfully, It Cannot Be Altered. Thanks.”

Important Notice

• Candidates will later be invited for physical screening or aptitude test.
• Ensure that all details are correctly entered before submission.
