FUDutsin-Ma: Notice of Refresher Lectures and Special Re-Sit Examinations; Following the approval of the Senate, based on the recommendation of the Committee to Consider Students with Exhausted Residency (Spillover I and Spillover II), the University Management has granted approval for the conduct of Refresher Lectures and Special Re-Sit Examinations.
Approved Schedule
- Refresher Lectures: Tuesday, 12th – Saturday, 16th August, 2025
- Special Re-Sit Examinations: Tuesday, 19th – Friday, 29th August, 2025
Instructions to Heads of Department
All Heads of Department are to submit the following for necessary action:
- A comprehensive list of affected students, clearly indicating the course(s) registered by each student.
- A timetable for both the Refresher Lectures and the Special Re-Sit Examinations.
- The names and details of lecturers assigned to handle the respective courses.
Important Note
- Reinstatement applicants will join the regular students but must collect their reinstatement letter from the Academic Office.
