Eligibility for FUBK Post UTME Candidates:
- Only candidates who selected FUBK as their first choice are eligible.
- You must score 140 points or above in the UTME to qualify for registration.
Eligibility for FUBK Direct Entry (DE) Candidates:

- Direct Entry candidates must also have chosen FUBK as their first choice.
- You need a Lower Credit at National Diploma from a recognized institution, or 7 points in NCE/IJMB or an equivalent qualification.
Application Procedure:
- Visit the FUBK eForms portal.
- For new users, click Create Account and fill in the required details to activate your account.
- Returning users can log in with their email and password.
- Select PUTME form from the menu and proceed.
- Enter your JAMB number and confirm your details. For any errors, contact admissions at admissions@fubk.edu.ng.
- Generate an invoice for N2000 and pay using the available payment channels (bank charges not included).
- Verify your NIN by following the provided instructions.
- Complete the O Level and A Level sections of the form.
- Confirm and submit your application.

PRACTICE PAST QUESTIONS HERE (JAMB, WAEC, NECO, POST-UTME)
- The FUBK Post UTME screening is strictly online. You do not need to visit any FUBK campus for this process.
